In general, the impressions were positive.
LOT's airplanes are small, only 4 seats in a row (2 seats on each side), and not 6, as in Lufthansa.
Airplanes take off easily and land easily, however, and sometimes waggle them in the air mercilessly))).
It is better to check in for the flight in advance via the Internet, check-in is open 24 hours before the flight. I did not have such an opportunity, because I was already registered at the airport, I had to take what they give))) And got the 13th row))) You could see through the window how the chassis was moving forward and moving in front of you. Not the most the best placebut useful for experience.
Moreover, there was some kind of discrimination in the fact that the 13th row with the chassis outside the window was given to me out of harm, precisely because I am Russian, there was no. Because next to me sat Poles and also watched the same picture through the window.
We were not entitled to food. Apparently because it's not such a long flight. The stewardesses walked around with a basket, you could choose either a waffle candy or a small package of gummies.
Then they delivered drinks, and some of the drinks were paid. I unknowingly poked into a metal coffee pot, thinking that there was tea))) It turned out that it was coffee and it was paid, it costs 6 zlotys, but I no longer had zlotys, so I agreed to free tea, but it was already over, they asked to wait , then they brought it in a glass, it was nice that they didn't forget about me. In general, I did not notice discrimination based on ethnicity)))
The flight attendants are all nice and polite.
I can’t say anything about the toilets on board, since I didn’t go)))
The plane did not delay, took off and arrived in Moscow on time.
The only thing I didn't like was that passengers were brought to the plane by bus. This is somehow not very convenient. We got used to getting on the plane through the accordion sleeve, we were spoiled)))
Everything was fine with the luggage, too, nothing was lost, nothing was stolen, although I had my luggage bag without locks and not wrapped in polyethylene.
In addition to a woman's handbag and the bag itself, checked in luggage, I was carrying a large bag with things in the cabin, they did not say a word.
In general, I recommend LOT. Quite a decent airline.

The company was founded on September 29, 1928. On this day, the government decided to merge Aerolot (operated from 1922) and Aero (from 1925).

On January 1, 1929, the first Polish airlines' own flights were launched (in addition to those operated by Aerolot and Aero). These were the routes from Warsaw to Bydgoszcz and Katowice, which were operated by Junkers F.13 and Fokker F.VII aircraft.
