In the memory of each person there are pleasant memories associated with outdoor recreation. Many people regularly organize wonderful leisure activities for themselves and their loved ones. beautiful places... However, there are also many who do not have the equipment and appropriate skills necessary for a full and comfortable rest. Camping sites will help them discover this wonderful leisure activity.

Business concept

Camping is usually called any previously prepared tourist camphaving the necessary set of amenities. The choice of a camp site and, accordingly, the target audience opens up a wide scope for a flight of imagination.

There are several main areas. This can be a camp focused, for example, on hunters and / or fishermen, and then it should be located as far from civilization as possible, in the most inaccessible places with practically virgin nature... Of course, organizing a camp in such a place is not an easy and costly undertaking, but the high price for services (for example, the transfer often includes a helicopter transfer of a small group, and its price is from 50,000 rubles per person) more than compensates for all the costs.

Hunters and fishermen - the public is usually unpretentious, centralized food and the necessary minimum of household amenities will fully satisfy their needs. In this case, experienced gamekeepers can be included in the package of additional services.

Another option is to organize summer camps in attractive tourist locations, for example, on the Black Sea coast. This requires more serious infrastructure. It is necessary to supply electricity and water (a well is being drilled), it is advisable to organize a small retail outlet on the territory with the most necessary goods.

We must be prepared for the fact that tourists who have arrived will not have not only their own tents and sleeping bags, but even elementary things like iron dishes and lanterns, all of which must be provided if necessary.

In addition to living conditions, you will need to organize leisure activities, for example, negotiate with local entrepreneurs about organizing excursions.

Finally, the third option is to organize camping near large settlements counting on people who want to spend a weekend in nature, but do not have their own suburban housing. Considering that the organization of camping is a seasonal business, you can combine options by preparing the territory for the camp in advance and quickly transporting equipment. You should also closely follow the calendar of sports events, for example, the World Cup, which will be held in Russia in 2018, guarantees a huge influx of wealthy foreign tourists.

What is required for implementation?

If camping is planned on non-owned land, permission from local authorities will be required. After receiving it, you can start preparing the camp. The territory is obligatory cleared of garbage, ennobled and landscaped. A field kitchen, showers and toilets are being installed, tents are being pulled, places for tents are marked. The next stage is the purchase of equipment. Here's a rough list of what will definitely come in handy:

  • tents (from small doubles to quadruples with a vestibule between the living quarters), sleeping bags and sleeping bags;
  • folding tables and chairs, sun loungers;
  • necessary kitchen utensils, gas cylinders;
  • dishes;
  • the required minimum of medicines;
  • sports equipment for the organization of leisure.

Reliable suppliers of field kitchen products will be required. The number of staff will depend on the size of the camp, for example, for a mini-camping for 20 people, a cook and an administrator will be enough. If there is a transfer in the list of services provided, you can try to organize group discounts on transportation. The most effective advertising will be placing ads on thematic sites and forums, if the camping is located near major routes, it is worth placing signs on roadside advertising structures. To organize camping, it is enough to register an individual entrepreneur, a license is not required.

Step-by-step startup instructions

  1. Register an enterprise by choosing the form of ownership of the individual entrepreneur. We select the activity code 55.3 "Activities for the provision of places for temporary accommodation in campsites, camper vans and tourist caravans".
  2. Get permission from local authorities.
  3. Arrange the territory.
  4. Purchase equipment.
  5. Conclude contracts for the supply of products.
  6. Pick up staff.
  7. Arrange transfers and excursions (optional).
  8. Carry out promotional activities.

Financial calculations

Financial calculations strongly depend on the chosen format and size of the camp, the figures below are relevant for a summer camp for about 20 people.

Start-up capital

Monthly expenses

How much can you earn?

Payment for food and equipment provided will be 600 rubles. per day per person. Provided that at least 12 people stay in the camp at the same time, the monthly income will be 215,000 rubles, respectively, the net profit will be equal to 135,000 rubles. Additional sources of income can be interest from excursions organized with the help of local entrepreneurs and rental of equipment to tourist groups during the time when the camp is not functioning.

Payback period

Even taking into account the average season duration of about 5 months, the camping will fully recoup the costs in the first season of its existence.

Risks

Camping, like any type of business, is not devoid of certain risks. The most dangerous, which, moreover, cannot be influenced in any way, is dependence on the weather. A cold and rainy summer, for example, will reduce the number of customers to a minimum that will not even recoup the operating costs. There is also a high risk of being misjudged by the entrepreneur of the potential of the camping site. The stabilization of the economic situation and the growth in the level of income of the population can also reduce the flow of people wishing to stay in campsites.

Outcome

Camping organization is a great opportunity to take your first steps in business. The investment is minimal and the payback is extremely fast. If the chosen place for the camp did not meet expectations, there is always the opportunity for the next season to try to change it, because most of the equipment can be easily transported. At worst, most of the inventory can be sold or rented, at least partially offsetting the costs. But if it hits the bull's-eye, there are good prospects for business development. You can increase the number of campsites, eventually replace some of the tents with houses, build a bathhouse and organize a retail outlet, and all this is just a small fraction of the possible ways of business development.

Russia is a country with rich tourist resources. It is huge, diverse and has a great variety of amazing places with unique nature, with its variety of climatic and natural zones, cultural and historical sights. One of the most common types of autotourism in Russia is trips to a vacation destination with a breakdown base camp or a parking lot adapted to accommodate motorists. Most often these are trips to the sea coast.

In the mid-50s of the XX century, the population's attention to distant and near, organized and amateur, hiking and transport trips, trips, travel, and sports tourism increased significantly.

Taking care of increasing the comfort and content of the rest of autotourists in Soviet times, the Central Council for Tourism and Excursions has developed a program for the development of a network of institutions for their service - campings where autotravellers could get a room, a tent or a place to set up their own tent, a parking lot, and services (showers, toilets, laundry rooms, kitchens for self-catering, rental of dishes, bedding, tourist and cultural supplies, as well as canteens, cafes and buffets).

During the years of Soviet power, significant funds were allocated for this area. In 1949-1954. The All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions spent 59.5 million rubles on capital construction, purchase of equipment, overhaul, as well as on methodological work, training and promotion of tourism, which is almost 15 million rubles. exceeded the investments of the pre-war years. Later, the authorities began to provide preferential vouchers and increase state insurance funds. The absolute amount of deductions from the post-war period (94.8 million rubles) significantly exceeded similar allocations in the entire previous history of the development of Soviet tourism.

Regarding the infrastructure of auto tourism, we can say that the first hotels of this type in the USSR were built in the pre-war years on the highways Moscow-Minsk and Moscow-Rostov. They were ordinary small-capacity hotels. Only by the location it was possible to determine their belonging to the auto tourism.

In the post-war years, especially in the period 1954-1958, along with the restoration of the national economy for the needs of the developing automobile tourism on certain highways (Moscow-Simferopol, Moscow-Leningrad, Kiev-Kharkov, Kiev-Odessa and others) and at the resorts (EvpaToria, Alushta, Planerskoye, Sochi and others), structures were built, mainly of a camping nature. And the first motels in the Soviet Union appeared in 1958-1962. At the same time, the development of motels and campgrounds for the needs of mass construction was completed. However, like the pre-war designs, all of them basically also repeated the style and layout of ordinary city hotels.

Based on expert estimates, it can be argued that today up to 15% of Russian tourists, and this is about 4 million people, travel by car. In Europe, 54 million people own motorhomes and caravans. However, car travel accounts for only 1% of the entire structure of domestic tourism.

The first campsites appeared on the famous tourist routes Russia: this is the south and the Gulf of Finland. It is there that the highest quality campsites in the country are still located.

One of them - "Kubanets", located a hundred meters from the Black Sea. The auto camp offers its guests a holiday near the coast in bungalows, excursions to the Tengin waterfalls, trips to the water park and an amusement park, and hiking. The cost of parking at the campsite ranges from 250 to 350 rubles per night. In total, the village of Lermontov has 12 recreation areas, 11 of which are campsites. All camps offer various types of entertainment: horseback riding and cycling, a sandy beach, mud baths, a bathhouse, a sauna.

Another fishing camp, exclusively of a tent type, is located in Astrakhan on the banks of the Lower Volga River Base - "Cool Fishing" The camp has a shower, a summer kitchen, toilets, electricity. The area is surrounded by a garden with access to a sandy beach.

The tourist base "Klevyi Bereg" located on the banks of the Akhtuba River has been holding the status of one of the most visited campsites in Russia for 10 years. Tourists are offered a choice of accommodation in a hotel-type room or in a caravan. Among the services of the camp site: rental of motor boats, fishing equipment, sauna, dining room. Accommodation price from 1200 rubles. per room.

In Altai there is a camping "Habitat", several times recognized by tourists as the best camp in Altai. Location overlooking mountains and sandy beaches, luxurious flora (about 45 kinds of flowers). The exclusivity of the place is a combination of unspoiled nature and comfortable living, secluded, far from civilization. ...

The Primorsky Territory has great potential. Vladivostok is rightfully called the automotive capital of Russia. After the commissioning in 2010 of the last section of Chita-Khabarovsk - the longest highway linking Vladivostok with Moscow, the city can become a major center of automobile tourism. In addition, the region has extensive beach areas.

You can also highlight the Tver region, which has great historical, cultural and natural recreational potential. The region occupies an advantageous position at the intersection of the largest international and domestic highways: Moscow-St. Petersburg and Moscow-Riga, which makes its territory accessible for mass recreation.

For those who are attracted by the beauty of the nature of the Far North of Russia, the Arkhangelsk region will be appreciated. The most common camping sites are on the territory of the Onega branch of the Vodlozersky National Park and in the Kargopol region.

One of the most famous Russian regions in terms of tourism in general is the Republic of Karelia. This most beautiful region of Russia is rich in lakes and rivers, mountains, forests and open spaces. There are excellent opportunities for the development of various types of tourism - hunting and fishing, treatment in sanatoriums in the summer and winter seasons, active rest, rafting and kayaking, including for tent tourism. The most popular campgrounds in Karelia are Sandal, located in a forest area on the shore of the lake of the same name; camping on Lake Syamozero, "Rantala" (on the banks of Ladoga) and some others.

The Moscow region is also popular for autocampers. Among the most famous campsites, one can single out: a summer tent camp on the island of Ukhodovo, offering a whole range of entertainment: fishing, hunting, windsurfing training, wakeboarding, yachting, kiting, water skiing, motorboat rides, paintball, volleyball, badminton, eco trails, a bathhouse, corporate parties and etc.; camping "Yasno Pole" - a unique architectural and landscape park 100 km. from Moscow; camping "Blizkiye Dali", surrounded by a clean forest lake. The camping area can accommodate up to 200 people. Among the interesting proposals - rest in eco-tents, excursions to the horse farm with the possibility of horseback riding, festive events on weekends; camping "Ljubljana", located on the bank of the river Lyublevka; camping "Orfi", located on the picturesque bank of the river near the village of Teterino and others.

In the Pskov region, a project is being developed to create a regional camping network, which is one of the first such projects in Russia.

The regional government has planned a scheme for the development of the camping infrastructure in three stages:

Stage 1 (3-4 years). Construction of 8-10 "support" campings in the most attractive places of the region, designed for operation only in the warm season. The approximate estimated cost of such a camping will be 2-2.5 million rubles. At the same time, at the initial stage, the support of local authorities is needed - free land allocation, development of energy, transport and communication infrastructure, organization of an advertising campaign.

Stage 2 (3-4 years). Construction of new campsites of the same type, so that there is at least one campsite in each district of the region. The transition of these campsites to year-round operation. At this stage, it is necessary to regulate the development of campings by the authorities, direct support is needed for new campings, the existing ones should develop independently.

Stage 3 (3-4 years). Termination or significant reduction in the rate of extensive development. The transition of all "successful" campgrounds from seasonal to permanent mode of activity. The camping system becomes self-organizing and starts giving back more than it received. The development of a network of campgrounds according to the proposed scenario will sharply increase the flow of tourists to the territory of the Pskov region.

The first camping in Russia of the European level, located on the territory of the Suzdal tourist center, includes: an administrative building, a convenient parking for 31 motorhomes, a complete infrastructure for caravaners with all the necessary engineering systems and networks. Tourists are offered comfortable washrooms and showers, a laundry room, a separate spacious kitchen, rental of bedding, bicycles, tourist equipment and other sports equipment. During the implementation of the project, the requirements of European associations for the location and equipment of sanitary and auxiliary zones, logistics of streams, parking for guests, recreation areas and barbecue were taken into account.

Actively participates in the development of auto tourism institutions, including campgrounds. public organization League of Caravaners. Since 2012, this non-profit association of autotourism lovers has begun implementing a series of routes for foreign and domestic caravaners. This is how the routes were organized: Promotional tour “Visit Russia” (St. Petersburg-Valdai-Golden Ring-Moscow-Minsk); Paris-Beijing-Istanbul; the Russian-American route Vladivostok-Baikal-Kazan-Moscow-St. Petersburg; monthly weekend tours and tailored classic Golden Ring tours. In accordance with the Federal Target Program "Development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation for 2011-2018", the League of Caravaners undertook and solved a number of important tasks to promote the Russian tourist product. So, on the initiative of the organization, the Association of Russian Campings (ARC) was created, the League also actively participates in the development of programs for the organization and development of equipped campings in the Russian Federation on the basis of existing tourist accommodation facilities, has developed norms, standards, technical and organizational regulations for Russian campings in accordance with world requirements and harmonized them with the FICC (International Federation of Camping and Caravanning) and with EFCO & HPA (European Camping and Recreation Association), and also achieved full membership in these organizations. The organization is constantly engaged in the development and implementation of programs in the field of auto tourism and caravanning, including the maintenance of campgrounds.

Also, one of the important organizations in the field of auto tourism institutions is the Russian Association of Camping and Recreation Centers, whose tasks include training personnel in the field of camping, systematizing knowledge, promoting products, etc. According to the estimates of the association, there was an increase in the number of members of the organization from 2011 to 2016 by more than 9.5 thousand people; forecast for 2020 - 100,000 members; in 2012, there were about 50 camping bases, and already in 2016 - about 500. In relation to the world market in 2013, there were 9000 campgrounds, of which 100 were Russian, in 2015 among 10,000 foreign campings, 500 were Russian. the growing trend in the popularity of camping establishments in our country.

Comparing the design and construction of motels and campgrounds in the USSR and other socialist countries with the capitalist countries, significant differences can be identified.

Firstly, it is the functional purpose of the motel or camping itself. If in capitalist countries with a high degree of motorization, a camping, as well as a motel, mainly perform the functions of roadside hotels and are used only in resort areas for the needs of recreation, then in the USSR and the socialist countries they were exclusively public recreation facilities and were used for recreational purposes, regardless of their placement.

Secondly, the decentralization of industry, which arose in connection with the reduction of taxes on unused land, had a significant impact on the increase in car tourism institutions in capitalist countries, especially motels and campgrounds.

Thirdly, the construction of these institutions in developed countries is often influenced by commercial goals underlying planning and spatial decisions.

Fourth, this is the capacity of the institution. In capitalist countries, more than 80% of the gross income of the entrepreneur comes from room fees. Therefore, simultaneously with the increase in the number of auto tourism institutions, their capacity also increases. Currently, in accordance with building codes and regulations, the capacity of car tourism institutions is limited to two types - motels and campsites of 200 and 400 beds.

There are also some differences in the approach to the architectural and planning and volumetric-spatial solution of auto tourism institutions. In the construction of campgrounds, foreign practice in most cases uses the method of free installation of houses or tents, in the domestic one, the tendency of regular site planning prevails.

Large differences are observed in the definition of the size of the rooms and the nature of their equipment. In the USSR, the area of the room was limited according to the norms - 4.5-5 m 2 per bed and only in some cases goes beyond these limits. Abroad, the area of rooms varies within a fairly wide range (together with the sanitary unit, the front, and sometimes the kitchen can be from 14-16 to 25-30 m 2, and the area of the living part of the room, respectively, from 10-12 to 18-20 m 2 There are also larger rooms.

A number of motels and campgrounds have been built for special projects. However, in them, as in those carried out by the construction earlier, planning and volumetric-spatial solutions repeat the techniques and architecture of city hotels.

Today the state, albeit with a great delay, has begun the reconstruction of existing highways and the construction of new ones. Russians are gradually getting used to the fact that a road can be not only a direction of movement, but also bring pleasure from traveling around the country. Due to poor development, and in some places the complete absence of accompanying infrastructure, the tourism industry is not able to grasp and give a civilized look to the newly emerged folk tourism, which today is “wild”. As a result of unorganized tourism, they are quickly littered with household waste. Hence all the signs of an impending ecological disaster. Therefore, at present it is necessary to solve the problem of restoration and preservation of ecological balance, especially in nature protection zones and reserves. Building and developing networks of specialized campgrounds for tourists is one of the ways to solve this problem.

Forest, land, water codes, the law on specially protected natural areas and a number of other regulatory documents of the Russian Federation contain many restrictions that, in the aggregate, create an insurmountable barrier to the creation of modern comfortable campgrounds that could meet international standards.

It is necessary to develop roadside infrastructure in our country. In addition, rental of vehicles could significantly increase the attractiveness of this type of tourism in our country. In Russia, such services have not received proper development. Almost 90% of domestic autotourists choose to drive their own car, while in America only 30% of drivers travel by their own car, the rest choose to rent, in Europe this figure is about 50%.

Another problem is that huge budget funds are "buried in the ground" for the construction of expensive hotels, instead of using the accumulated experience in the construction of inexpensive campsites with a comfortable level of accommodation at the "3-star" level and minimal damage to nature.

In Russia, systems of indicators of sustainable tourism development, such as ETIS, are still not popularized, thanks to which state support for campgrounds would be effective.

As a result, domestic campsites remain seasonal camps for autotourists, which spontaneously appear and disappear, leaving behind trash, trampled meadows and illegal buildings, which causes damage to the environment, the restoration of which requires significant funds.

An important reason for our country's lagging behind in the development of the modern camping industry is the weak scientific understanding of this problem, the lack of serious modern research conducted in this area in order to study foreign experience. Or rather, the unwillingness to turn to the Soviet practice of designing auto tourism institutions, an inattentive attitude towards Soviet researchers, the developments of engineers and architects. In the practice of the Russian market, there are minor attempts to implement camping projects that are more consistent with European regulations - the Sokolniki camping in Moscow, the Yaroslavl camping, the already mentioned Suzdal camping in the city of the same name. The European directories include only 6 Russian campsites, which can hardly be attributed to campsites of the "European" level. So, for example, in France alone, with an area of only about 550 thousand km 2, there are more than 9000 campgrounds. Moreover, Russia has a far from perfect legislative base.

The construction of auto tourism institutions in Russia is carried out in accordance with a number of regulatory documents:

SNiP II-L. 19-62 "Recreation establishments", which outlined the main directions for the design of motels and campgrounds, but did not fully reflect the characteristic features of this type of establishment;

GOST R 55319-2012 "General requirements for specialized accommodation facilities" dated November 29, 2012, which entered into force on January 1, 2014. It describes in detail the requirements for the surrounding territory of tourist complexes, for equipping residential premises and technical equipment of the base;

GOST R 53423-2009 dated 1.07.2011, which defines the types of accommodation facilities, types of rates, types of rooms, possible services, etc.

GOST R 50644-2009 dated 1.07.2010, containing requirements for ensuring the safety of tourists;

GOST R 54603-2011 of 01.01.2013, which sets out the requirements for the personnel of specialized tourist accommodation facilities;

GOST R 52887-2007 dated 1.01.2009, which describes services for children's tourist establishments;

GOST R 53998-2010 dated 1.07.2011, which describes services for vacationers with disabilities;

GOST R 54599-2011 dated 1.07.2012, containing requirements for services provided by sanatoriums, boarding houses and recreation centers;

GOST 28681.0-90 Standardization in the field of tourist and excursion services.

In addition to the above standards, there are a number of departmental normative documents, including Federal Law No. 123 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements", dated July 4, 2008, as well as Government Decree No. 860 dated October 29, 2009, which deals with road service. Sanitary rules and regulations for camping are set out in SANPIN 2.4.4. 3048-13, and the requirements for fire safety in PPB 01-03 dated 06/18/2003. An important normative document is the 1997 “Forest Code of the Russian Federation”.

In addition, the activities of autotourism institutions are regulated by a number of federal laws: "On Tourism"; "On Protection of Consumer Rights"; "On the taxation system" and some others.

Many provisions and legal norms of the Russian legislation on tourism have been reproduced without changes since Soviet times. Despite the fact that today there are modern technologies, for example, such as eco-engineering, which allows, without harming nature, to create civilized conditions for comfortable outdoor recreation - with comfortable toilets and other household amenities.

The development of camping networks will be effective if the administration of the district or region will work together and harmoniously in their organization, which will help to select and formalize a land plot, provide communication links and access roads; investor - organizes construction and further operation; a specialized professional organization that will be responsible for the selection and training of personnel, the direction of tourist flows, advertising and PR campaigns, etc.

The combination of all the factors identified leads to the conclusion that in Russia the topic of camping requires serious scientific study and the creation of a general theory of the development of the camping industry. This will develop a complex approach to comprehend the world experience, as well as to develop a regulatory framework in the field of recreation and tourism.

American researcher of the camping industry E. Brooker characterizes campings as “a return to the future based on modern quality standards of tourist services, a return to the old traditions of travel, taking into account the latest trends in the development of tourist infrastructure in the segment of alternative accommodation facilities on the example of modern tourist parks”.

For Russia, this is a new path that will allow reviving the Soviet traditions of amateur tourism in a modern format of comfortable outdoor recreation in comfortable campsites.

Thus, the Gulf of Finland, Karelia, central regions, southern regions, the Urals and Altai can be distinguished among the most attractive regions in terms of the development of camping tourism. In recent years, due to the massive motorization of the country, campgrounds are becoming more widespread. The number of cars per capita in our country is growing at an incredibly high rate. However, the culture of auto tourism in Russia is in a state of “wildness” - there is no service industry, education system, and, accordingly, culture. Despite the fact that the number of independent travelers only grows from year to year, there are still no decent European-style campgrounds in Russia. In addition, Russia is not particularly friendly for camping tourism due to the imperfection of the Russian regulatory framework.

So, we can conclude that camping is an institution of seasonal operation for the recreation of autotourists, the main advantages of which are recreation in open areas, as well as in the relative cheapness compared to other public recreation institutions. Such institutions are most widespread in European countries, in particular, in Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, France and some others. In Russia, this type of tourism is of higher quality in the Gulf of Finland and in the south. The development of campgrounds for Russia is important, since this type of tourism will be able to increase the turnover of the country's tourism industry, will help orient domestic travelers to rest in their country, and this, in turn, will help attract finances to the treasury, camp activities will contribute to the creation of new jobs, which is an important indicator of the well-being of the economy and social sphere. In addition, by developing the infrastructure of campsites, “weekend tours” will be popular, which bring stability to the income from the tourism industry. In order for camping in our country to receive appropriate development, it is necessary to borrow the experience of advanced countries in this direction, first of all, to take a reference point to the Scandinavian countries and adapt them to Russian conditions. For the successful development of campgrounds, support at the state level is also needed. In addition, the construction and development of camping networks in terms of investment is one of the most attractive areas in the tourism industry in modern Russia.

    thesis, added 03/10/2008

The idea of opening a camping is perfect for owners of summer cottages and private country houses with a fairly large adjacent territory that is not occupied by plantings.

Now for city dwellers, recreation outside the city, in the fresh air, is very valuable. After all, after the intense pace of city life, you really want to breathe in the clean, healthy air, sit by the river or by the fire. Not everyone can afford to buy expensive suburban real estate, especially to get out of town, often one cannot do without a cross-country vehicle. It is impractical to buy such a car for a person who lives in the city - it will consume a lot of fuel and it is inconvenient to park it.

Required resources to open a mini-camping:

    • Prepared area
    • Tents, sleeping bags, rugs, blankets, mattresses, barbecues, folding furniture, etc.

People who are not familiar with camping will most likely choose a comfortable, well-equipped camping located quite close to the city. Also, your clients can be those who want to spend an unforgettable and eventful weekend in the fresh air, but do not have their own summer cottage or country house.

If your campsite is located not far from the intercity route, travelers who will need to rest along the way will also be added to your potential customers.

You can get additional income from the sale of fresh vegetables, fruits and berries grown in your own garden

If campers have come to rest with their tents, then they will probably want to use an organized place with a summer shower, a comfortable bathroom, a barbecue, a place for making a fire, drinking water and other necessities for a comfortable pastime.
You can get additional income from the sale of fresh vegetables, fruits and berries grown in your own garden. If you also raise pets, offer the settlers fresh meat and eggs.

Before opening a mini-campsite, it is necessary to carefully carry out all the preparatory work on the site - to eliminate unnecessary trees and shrubs, but leave fruitful trees that give shade. The land on the site must be flat, covered with a lawn - roll or real. Fully equip the toilet, outdoor shower, washbasin, electricity and water supply, and do not forget about a reliable gate, fence and gate. Provide a part of the territory for parking customers' cars. Often people will come to such events with children, so think about resting places for the little ones. For example, set up a children's sandpit or rope swing. Take care of a first-aid kit, towels, dishes and utensils, basins for washing clothes.

When purchasing tents, keep in mind that they will be required in different sizes - both doubles and for whole families with children.

To advertise your mini-camping, place advertisements on the Internet, on forums where fans of such a vacation communicate, and also post advertisements with your contacts in cities near the camping. If you are counting on customers driving along the trail, place large signs along the trail with signs and attractive images of your campsite.
