Baggage rules

Aeroflot allows the carriage of additional baggage on its aircraft, exceeding the allowance specified in the fares. In this case, as well as if, according to some characteristics, your baggage / carry-on baggage does not meet the requirements set for transported things and containers, you will have to pay additional fees.

In the cabin, the maximum permissible dimensions of one seat are 55x40x20 cm, weight - 10/15 kg (depending on the class of service).

In the luggage compartment, the maximum permissible dimensions of one piece are 203 cm (three dimensions), weight - 23/32 kg.

It is also allowed to carry strollers / chairs (in the luggage compartment or in the cabin of the aircraft, if use is planned), devices for the movement of people with disabilities, diving / surfing equipment and the following items (they are carried in the cabin, but are not taken into account when calculating carry-on baggage weight):

• Small personal bag;
• Document folders;
• Small equipment (laptops, cameras, phones);
• Meals for a small child, shopping from "Duty Free";
• Umbrellas, walking sticks, outerwear;
• Flowers, books and magazines;
• Suit in garment bag.

Sports equipment, musical instruments and weapons are regarded as a separate piece of baggage and may be included in the free baggage allowance if their dimensions do not exceed the permissible dimensions and the carrier has free baggage space. Otherwise, you will need to pay extra for their transportation. Transportation of animals is paid regardless of the number of baggage pieces.

During the flight, Aeroflot provides passengers with free meals: the menu depends on the duration of the flight and the selected class of service.

Economy Class passengers can be offered cold and hot snacks, a full hot meal (lunch, breakfast or dinner, depending on the time of day), as well as drinks to choose from throughout the flight. Wine is included with a hot meal on select international Economy flights.

Comfort Class passengers receive meals according to a pre-prepared menu (for each direction it is different). Each menu has 4 positions: appetizer, salad, main course and dessert (you can choose from two options for the main course). Drinks are also offered, alcohol can be ordered in some destinations.

In Business Class, the menu is also compiled depending on the flight range. On short-haul flights, passengers have a choice of 2 cold snacks and 2 hot meals. On medium-haul flights, there are 3 hot meal options per meal. The menu on long flights consists of an aperitif (a small snack), a full appetizer, salad, soup, a hot meal of your choice and a dessert. For the second meal, you can choose a snack or a hot lunch. During breaks between services, passengers will be offered snacks.

On flights longer than 12 hours, the menu is complemented by another cold snack (sandwich and fruit).

Also, passengers can order a special menu that matches their dietary conditions or religious beliefs. In total, there are 17 service options to choose from (including children's). Flights with children

On all flights operated by Aeroflot, there are discounts on travel for children under two years old without purchasing a separate seat. The discount is 90% of a standard ticket on international routes. On domestic routes, these children travel for free. There is also a discount on Aeroflot airline tickets for children aged 2 to 12 years, it is 25% of the ticket price, but only if the child is traveling with an adult. If not, you will have to pay the full price for a ticket for a child. The discount is also not available if a Promo-Economy class ticket has been purchased.

For a child, you can order a free special menu (under the same conditions as for adults) and request it at any convenient time.
